Lead time is from receipt of complete order details. Adherence to parameters is required to prevent delays.
Important SureShip Requirements:
  • SureShip must be designated on the order.
  • Complete order and electronic or camera-ready artwork must be received by 12 midnight EST.
  • If you submit an order after normal business hours, be sure to include a primary after hours contact. A phone number or email address is required so that we can reach you in the event of order-related issues or questions.
  • SureShip® artwork will not be modified by our artists. Typesetting, personalizations, and non-standard decorating requests are not available on SureShip®.

Other Exceptions to lead times:

JournalBooks Reveal, Frame, and Showcase items; beach towels; and some Wenger watches and Orrefors items are not available for SureShip®. Visit leedsworld.ca for details on which items are available for SureShip®.
Wenger watches and Orrefors items require 10 days production time after approval with 13 days standard lead time. Beach towels and JournalBooks Reveal, Frame, and Showcase items require 3 days production time afte rapproval and 8 days standard lead time.

Product Proofs

Product proofs (if requested) are available within the standard 5-day lead-time (pending proof approval timing). Order ships within 24 hours after product proof approval is confirmed (up to catalog end column quantity). Depending on order size and imprint type, Leed’s may require a product proof. Please allow an additional 10 days for watch product proofs.

Significant artwork adjustments

Adjustments are not available on Sureship ®. Art must be submitted to size.

Shipping Methods:

Please specify the method of shipping on your purchase order. If a method is not specified, Leed's will use its judgment in selecting the carrier and method in order to meet your in-hands date. If an in-hands date is not specified, Leed's will use the most economical method of shipping. We will always choose a method that is trackable unless otherwise specified.

Rush Services:

Rush services are available based on production capacity and requested decorating method. We will make every attempt to meet your need without additional charges, however, courier and expediting charges may apply. Rush services are not available on watch orders and JournalBooks Reveal, Frame and Showcase items.
