FAQs
Are Leed's USB items compatible with Windows 7.0? Yes. Our USB devices are compatible with Windows 7.0.
What is V.1.1 and V.2.0 Answer: All Leed’s devices are USB 2.0. USB 1.1 and USB 2.0 describe versions of the USB specification. Basically, USB 2.0 is a faster version of USB 1.1. The connectors are the same size and you can not determine 1.1 or 2.0 by looking at the computer or device. Any computer that supports USB 2.0 can use USB 1.1 devices. If a device requires USB 2.0, it may not work on a USB 1.1 computer. Devices that require USB 2.0 are usually high-speed transfer devices such as external hard drives, video cameras, etc. Most other devices that are listed as USB 2.0 compatible can be used on a USB 1.1 computer. You can mix 1.1 and 2.0 devices on a computer with the following requirements: 1) The computer must support USB 2.0 if any devices require it. 2) Hubs must support USB 2.0 if devices that require USB 2.0 are plugged into them.
What is a Tier 1 memory chip and do Leed's memory devices contain Tier 1 chips? A Tier 1 memory chip is a new non-refurbished memory chip. These chips are grade A, high quality chips. Leed's uses only Tier 1 chips.
