Blank Samples

Blank samples are available on most products and can be purchased at catalog EQP, net 30. Limit of three per item number. 50% off ground shipping when ordered through leedsworld.com. Sample orders received by 5 PM EST (for U.S. destinations) and 4 PM EST (for Canadian destinations) can ship same day if specified on order.

Blank samples (excluding clearance items) can be returned within 30 days of invoice date for product credit. Customers are responsible for freight charges. Returns on Zippo Windproof, Multi-Purpose or Outdoor Utility lighters will not be accepted.

Blank samples are not available for beach towels, JournalBooks Reveal, Frame and Showcase items. Random samples are available at EQP net and ship next day.

Blank samples for Wenger watches and select Orrefors items are not available for same day shipping. There is no discount for blank samples of Orrefors, Kenneth Cole and TravelPro items.

Spec Samples

Can be purchased at 50% off catalog EQP for the product (25% off the product for clearance items, flash memory items, Wenger knives and watches, Zippo items, TravelPro, ProTowels, Griffin and Kenneth Cole. ) Full setup and running charges apply. These items are non-returnable.

Includes specific logo, decoration method and location. Limit of three per item number. Available for most products. Spec samples are available for SureShip® up to 5 items (maximum of 3 per item). Watch spec samples available with laser engraving on back only with a 3 day lead time.

Lead time on spec samples for JournalBooks Reveal, Frame and Showcase is 3 days from approval.FOB Charlotte. Spec samples are not available on Orrefors items or beach towels.

Self-Promotions

Can be purchased at 50% off catalog EQP for the product (25% off the product for flash memory items; Wenger knives and watches; Zippo items; Orrefors; TravelPro; ProTowels; Griffin; Kenneth Cole; and JournalBooks Reveal, Frame, and Showcase items). Full setup and running charges apply. These items are non-returnable. Clearance items and Orrefors items are not available for self-promotion.

A self-promotion is a method for distributors to generate sales using a Leed’s product. Self-promotion discount only applies to the specific piece that is decorated with the distributor’s name or logo only (the addition of other imprinted logos or names to the product will disqualify it from receiving the 50% off discount). In the case of multiple items on one order, only the items with the distributor name or logo are eligible for the self-promotion discount. Limit of middle-column quantity per item number. Clearance items are not eligible for self-promotion. For more information, refer to 1-3-5 Shipping guide and contact a dedicated customer service representative.

Due to increased holiday production, self promotion orders for all catalog items must ship by November 15, 2012. Additional restrictions may apply on new holiday gift items.

Services

Blank Product

Available at a substantial discount on most products. Pricing is available on leedsworld.com and is solely based on item quantity. EQP pricing does not qualify for blank product. Turnaround time is one business day. Blank orders received by 2:00 PM EST can ship same day if specified on order. Same day ship not available when shipping via LTL carrier or US mail. Contact a dedicated customer service representative or visit leedsworld.com.

Allow an additional five days for blank watches. Blank product is not available for JournalBooks Reveal, Frame and Showcase items.

Virtual Spec

Can be ordered the following ways:

  • Create your own free virtual sample on leedsworld.com instantly through Technologo (available on most products).
  • Request a virtual sample from your Leed’s sales representative, who can help you identify the best product for your application.

Customer Inserts

Leed's will insert your items into most Leed's products at a charge of US $0.45 (v) / CDN $0.48 (v) per item. Pending details of the requested insertion/attachment, standard lead-time could be affected. Please call for lead times if insertions/attachments are requested. Insertion instructions must be noted on purchase order. When requesting label attachments, printed labels must be provided to Leed's. Production will not begin until customer supplied inserts/attachments are received. Orders above catalog quantity will require additional lead-time.

Leed’s items will be inserted into other Leed’s items free of charge. Insertions are not available for watches. Additional restrictions may apply to Orrefors, ProTowels, and JournalBooks Reveal, Frame and Showcase items.

Terms

Inventory

In the unlikely event that we lack inventory to support your order, we will work with you to find a solution.

Returns

Prior to return, all merchandise requires specific Return Authorization from the factory in order to be eligible for credit. First quality, blank returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Mission Skincare is non-returnable.

Payment

Net 30 days upon credit approval. Payments not received by the due date are subject to a 1.5% per month late payment charge. First orders, custom orders and large orders may require a deposit or prepayment. Credit application

Product Warranty

All items are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment. In the event of a breach of warranty, buyer's sole and exclusive remedy is a return of the item for repair or replacement. Leed’s disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Warranties arising from course detailing or usage of trade and warranties of noninfringement.

General Disclaimer

Leed's cannot be liable for delays in delivery or product availability due to customs, shipping or natural disasters. Leed's reserves the right to make slight spec changes to enhance product quality or performance.

Due to the nature of ceramic and Glass, tiny imperfections and slight variations in the material should not be perceived as defective. Measurements and ounces are approximate and may vary slightly. Registration of multiple color imprints may vary up to 1/16." These variations and tolerances are within industry standards and therefore must be considered acceptable.

Force Majeure

No liability hereunder shall result to either party from delay in the performance or nonperformance caused by circumstances beyond the control of the party affected, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, war, government regulation, direction, or request, accident, strikes or labor problems or shortage or inability to material, equipment, or transportation, or by impracticability of performance, except nothing herein contained shall excuse the customer of its liability to pay for products sold, used, retained, levied against or unaccounted for after said products are in its possession.

Logo Disclaimer

Logos shown in this website, catalog, or emails are for illustrative purposes only, do not imply endorsement and are not for sale except by authorized owner. By submitting order and artwork to Leed's, the customer represents that the use or display of artwork will not violate any applicable laws or client restrictions. Customer hereby agrees to hold Leed's harmless of all claims.

Order Information

Orders are only accepted from qualified promotional products distributors. For tax reasons, third party billing is not permitted.

Due to custom manufacturing, the following may not be ordered with other Leed's products: Wenger watches, select Orrefors items, beach towels, and JournalBooks Reveal, Frame and Showcase items. A separate purchase order must be submitted.

Order Minimums

All imprinted orders require minimum quantities as listed throughout the catalog. Less than minimum orders will be accepted at a charge of US $50.00 (v) / CDN 53.50 (v) per imprint item ordered. Minimum quantity on clearance items is 12.

SureShip® is available for below minimum orders, however incurs a double LTM charge. LTMs are not available for beach towels or JournalBooks Reveal, Showcase and frame items.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled with written factory authorization prior to imprinting or production. If an order is cancelled after production has begun, it may be subject to additional charges. Charges will still apply to any product proof received prior to order cancellation.

Artwork Information – Free Art Manipulation*

When placing an order please submit your art to art@leedsworld.com with the purchase order number in the subject line. This email address is automated for artwork only. Order information sent to this address will not be processed. SureShip® artwork will not be modified by our artists. Typesetting, personalizations, and non-standard decorating requests not available.

To prequalify artwork, or for artwork questions on new orders, email artworkinfo@leedsworld.com. For artwork questions or changes on existing orders contact customer service (mailto:customerservice@leedsworld.com).

We require the following file types for these decorating methods:

Embroidery

For already digitized files, we require Tajima DST files. If digitizing services are required, please send in art in the acceptable file formats listed below for the other methods.

Photo Real/Domes

Please submit artwork in Adobe Illustrator vector format. Convert all text to outlines. If a placed/imported Adobe Photoshop type image is necessary, that original file should be included. The Photoshop file (TIF or JPG) should be at least 300 dpi resolution or higher and the art to size.

All Other Methods

Adobe Illustrator vector artwork is preferred. Please save as an .eps or .ai file. Be sure to convert all text to outlines. Unsupported art file formats: QuarkXpress, PageMaker, InDesign and Freehand.

Note: Microsoft Office programs (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point, Excel, etc.) are not graphics programs and will not be recognized through art acceptance process

Logo Placement and Sizing Information

Unless a specific size is indicated on your purchase order, Leed’s will determine the most appropriate size for your imprint. If no imprint area is indicated, we reserve the right to decorate in the area most suitable for the artwork and method specified. *Artwork clean-ups, touch-ups, typesetting, or resizing is free, but is not available on Sureship® orders.

Customer Approval Information

Customer Approval

Leed’s must receive your proof approval and must have shipping information before production commences. Once approval is received, any changes to an order may incur additional costs and lead-time.

The following proofs are available:

Online Proof

Can be viewed and approved instantly on my.leedsworld.com at no charge. Online proofs can also be converted into a PDF and forwarded onto clients.

Paper Proof (only if requested)

First paper proof is free. Additional paper proofs, available upon request, are billed at US $12.50 (v) / CDN $13.38 (v). Paper proofs are required for all watch orders.

Product Proof

When requested, a product proof can be shipped using our standard 5-day ship, pending proof approval. Orders ship within 24 hours of receiving product proof approval (up to end column quantity).

US $37.50 (v) / CDN $40.12 (v) plus item price, running charge, overnight freight charges, and applicable order setup. Add US $62.50 (v)/ CDN 66.88 (v) and allow an average of 10 days for watch product proofs.

Production & Shipping Information

Production time begins upon receipt of signed Order Approval Form and approval of credit.

Leed’s uses UPS and FedEx as standard carriers as well as for quoting purposes.

Once your order is ready for shipping, we will send you an Advance Shipping Notice which includes a tracking number.

Catalog prices do not include duties, taxes or broker fees. These fees will be prepaid and added to your invoice (free domicile), provided we are shipping your order and billing you for the freight. You will be billed for these fees on your original invoice if possible. If not, you will receive notification on your original invoice that charges will follow, and they will be billed within 60 days. Export documents will reflect customer purchase price and will be provided at no additional cost.

If you wish to specify a carrier and account number for an international shipment, you will be responsible for customs clearance and ultimate delivery of shipment, as well as for duties, taxes and broker fees. You must provide broker information with your order (broker name, address and phone number).

*Wenger watch orders ship from Orangeburg, NJ. JournalBooks Showcase, Reveal and frame items ship from Charlotte, NC. Beach towel orders ship from Greenville, SC, Orrefors itesms ship from New Jersey.

Canadian Distributors

FOB Toronto, Ontario, Canada* providing that:

Ground and expedited services will ship via our designated carrier as prepay and add (no third party billing, no customer-specified carriers). If you wish to arrange for pickup of the shipment, or specify a carrier and account number, one business day must be added to the ship date for FOB Toronto. If you cannot add the additional business day, the order will ship FOB New Kensington.

Special Shipping

Drop Shipments

A charge of US $5.00 (v) / CDN $5.35 (v) applies for each location, per release, plus freight costs. Drop ship addresses must be received at least 5 days prior to the scheduled ship date. Call for lead times for drop ship requests over 10 locations. If there are more than ten drop shipment addresses, you must provide Leed’s with the addresses electronically Excel file format, sent on a disk or as an e-mail attachment. For your convenience, a template is available in the Our Services / Image Library of leedsworld.com. SureShip® orders are limited to five drop ship address.

Third Party and Customer-Designated Shippers

If you provide us with an account number for shipping, or designate a specific carrier, you assume responsibility for the shipment from the time the order is ready for pickup.

Special Shipping Instructions

Additional charges and lead-time may apply for special handling such as palletizing, using custom mailing labels, and special packaging requirements. Please call for lead times. Any labels or packaging must be sent to Leed’s prior to production. Please reference your purchase order number, company name, contact name and phone number. Additional charges may apply.
